Was told on my initial visit that it was a simple estate- would probably take a couple months to settle. That was at the end of July 2020. Here we are in August 2021 and I am still trying to get this estate settled and closed. Their communication is horrible- respond to your e- mails as they see fit. I suppose since they are limited in their fee according to dollar value of estate that you are not that important to them as a normal client where you pay per hour worked. That’s the only reason I can think of as to why we are still after 13 months ( slightly more than a couple months) trying to close this estate!
