I was extremely impressed with the amount of time Attorney Nugent devoted to me and my case. She took the time to get to know me well. She helped me to have reasonable expectations in the goals we set for the outcome of the case. She was extremely talented at negotiating with my husband's attorney because she was always fully prepared to litigate the issue, if necessary. I was always prepared in advance for each event. I loved her style and approach. She was practical and effective.
Susan claims to be and honorable attorney with ties to Gerry Spence, however, I found her demeanor haughty and money focused. Waited around at court while she kowtowed to her other clients. The judge even scolded her for not being prepared. Cost me a lot of money without the results.
