I had an excellent experience with Martha with my recent divorce. She is very knowledgable, down to earth, practical, collegial and efficient. One of her great strengths is that she finds simple and practical solutions to issues that arise. Martha came to the courthouse for our hearing even though we were representing ourselves before the judge. She just wanted to make sure we knew where to be and what to do. It was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Martha.
Divorce is a difficult time when you may not make the best choice due to emotional confusion. Attorney Wieler will help guide you to make the correct decisions based on the reality of your case and the legal system. She is tough and honest. Friends and acquaintances have had very good experiences using Attorney Weiler. A friend of a friend also recommened her after his ex-wife used Attorney Wieler and he felt his lawyer was outclassed.
Martha provided excellent services and advice. She asked questions, adjusted her approach based on changing circumstances, and prioritized my children's needs, (which is what I asked her to do.)
Martha was always there when I needed her not just in court but outside as well. Her drive professionalism and knowledge are worth every penny. Thanks to Martha I have primary custody of my daughter. I have referred many people to her and they've all had great results.
Martha is an incredible attorney. She makes the most difficult situations into the best possible scenarios. Martha has been my lawyer for eleven years and she has always been honest and hardworking. She is brilliant and has an incredible memory. She pays close attention to detail so you are always in good hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Martha to my friends, in fact I have, and they too have been extremely satisfied.
I was referred to Attorney Wieler by a satisfied friend. I would in turn, recommend anyone I know to her; in fact I have. They have all come back to me with gratitude. Most importantly, she is an incredible attorney. She's very experienced, and did a great job. She was always available and responsive. She had a genuine desire to help make my life better. She explained things clearly, and made a difficult and challenging time much easier with her way of doing things. I give her an A+. No Question
Attorney Wieler has been my attorney for many years. I have complete trust and faith in her ability to get things done as effectively and efficiently as possible. I highly recommend her.
Martha, is an excellent lawyer, she is smart, concerned for your well being now and in the future. She was very professional and in the toughest of times has way to put you at ease. She was excellent in the handling of my divorce and was able to make me understand what was best for my children.
Martha did my divorce and wouldn’t take any calls on the weekends and never wanted to make a settlement but rather line her pocket with my money. She slow played the whole process along the way and never agreed to even the smallest of issues, and was no very professional at all.
I DO NOT recommend Att Wieler’s services for anyone with a high income divorce case. Mistakes were made causing me to go back to court months after filing for divorce. Communication poor, not proactive or informative and didn’t like to be double checked although multiple errors noted.Never felt like I could trust her. I basically had to do her job or I would have been screwed. My final court date she tried to file for extension two days before which was denied and told me the night before I would be represented by the defendants associate attorney. I represented myself- in which she told me I better not do. In the end I’m glad I did- judge was not pleased with her absence. When I finally picked up all my records from her even more errors were noted. I had other clients records in my files. Not too safe considering- most info is private. Absolute worst experience and I could go on forever.
