Hired Attorney

John Willams took five thousand retainer said he would file lawsuit instead he filed a labor board case and didn’t win the case he is a liar and very unprofessional.

Response from John

It is unfortunate that the Labor Board ruled against the gentleman's claim, but his written retainer agreement specifically provided that his complaint would be made to the Board, which on the facts of his case was the only avenue of redress available.
