Ruined my daughters life. Dismissed my ex being abusive and violent. Had no knowledge of domestic abuse and how abusers use alienation as a tactic. My poor child has suffered for years and continues to daily because of the lack of care and knowledge. She accepted an evaluator who wasn’t even qualified and a GAL who knew absolutely nothing about my child, still doesn’t. Don’t ever hire this woman if you want to protect your children. Spent over 100k on failure. All lawyers, gals, and judges need to be educated properly on domestic violence “Jennifer’s law” and have some sort of decency to protect our children. Please do not hire this person or be confident in any one she recommends

Dan Adelmen is by far the biggest unlawful, arrogant, unprofessional, money hungry scum-bag in the entire cesspool of lawyers. Never returns phone calls Never files motions unless you threaten him Never prepares for court The only strong point the scum-bag has is his constant ability to always ask for more money. He screwed up my divorce case so bad that the other attorney told me to get rid of him.

Anne Epstein ignored allegations of a child molester at the home of 2 minor girls she is responsible for protecting. Did not inform father or follow up with source, neglecting her duty to ensure the girls' safety.

Dan is arrogant and lazy. He does no prep work before you go to trial and the end result is obvious. I was crucified by me ex's attorney who was by no means smart just much better prepared than Danny boy. All Dan wants is money do he can take his office manager/girlfriend on expensive vacations. His financial well being is a mess. Foreclosures on his personal residence as well as lawsuits from past clients. Look him up o the judicial website and see what a scumbag he really is

hired dan to handle post divorce. did nothing but ask for money. I did all the research all the coping even wrote up the contempt charges against my ex. All dan was good for was asking for more money. After researching his background I see why,.....owes the IRS hundreds of thousands of dollars. Had condo foreclosed on and so on... do your homework. His track record for winning cases is terrible.

Attorney Epstein is not an honest person and does not advocate for her clients. She uses her platform as a lawyer to win a popularity contest amongst her peers (aka GALS and opposing counsel) instead of doing what is for her clients. Do not trust her, she will make a mess of your case.

Stay away from this attorney. Attorney Epstein failed to do her job and handle this case with no respect on the issues at hand. Attorney Epstein decided to lie and blame other people in the court house like judges or court clerk staff for the mistakes that she caused. She failed as a lawyer because she didn't take the issues seriously and always had something to say wrong on how the courts were handling the issue. I had to get new lawyer to help fix theses issues that she made. Attorney Epstein should be a shameful of the choices she made without telling her client on what really happen. Attorney Epstein also brought another player into my case named Aisha Roche, she thought would help and later finding out she had little to no interaction with me or my son. Attorney Epstein and Attorney Roche are dirty player in this game and they don't care about you or your family. Stay clear of these of these two attorneys, there no good.

I'll give this lawyer minus rate instead of 1 start if lawyerscom provides minus. I hired Daniel in an emergency situation and didn't have much time to do due diligence about this lawyer. Later on I found out, he only cared about himself and numbers. He made a mess of my family case and gave misleading advice. No response of my emails or phone calls. The outcome of my case was minus zero. Hiring him was such a disaster. I was glad I made a decision to fire him after experiencing his dishonesty and disrespectful behavior. Hope you will learn from my mistake and find an honest, trustworthy and respectful lawyer. Please do not waste your resources, time and money for this lawyer.

Atty Epstein is an incompetent, superficial and untrustworthy lawyer. She is conducting her evaluations in a brief, and incapable manner because she is not pursuing the truth. She is biased towards clients and makes recommendations without thinking of consequences. Despite of so called 22 years of experience, she makes recommendations that cannot be applied to the children involved either because she DOES NOT care about them or because she is incompetent in completing her research.

Dan does not listen to the client. If you do not listen to what he wants to do with your life. he has no interest in your case. He cannot be bothered with your problems in life. It is a money transaction to him. but he does not care where you live, if you can survive,how much money you have to pay bills, if you see your children,(if there in a safe environment or not).Because dan cares about dan not you!PLEASE REMEMBER THIS WHEN YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LAWYER.(HOPE YOU LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE)!!!!
