Adam handles a significant amount of sports and amusement cases involving gymnastics training facilities, ice and roller skating rinks, and municipal sports departments, to name a few, and has successfully dismissed many of these cases.” In addition to his trial work, Adam is well-versed in appellate advocacy, having successfully argued before the Connecticut Appellate Court on issues such as res judicata, collateral estoppel, spoliation of evidence, and violations of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA).
