Hired Attorney

Ed Patterson was hired July 16th 22. He took my case right away. I specifically asked this man if he knew the other party involved or if there was any type of conflict he said NO. He told me his retainer was 1500 and 300 per hr. He asked for $11500.00 in trust. We gave it to him Monday we hired him over the phone friday. He told me hed be in touch he was going on vacation. 20 days or so later he calls me at 530 pm on a sunday to " clear the air" told me he did in fact know the other party and his son was actually friends with the individual whom i was going to court over. He tried to convince me this was no conflict. Month goes by the old firm reaches me he never took carriage of the case we fired him. 2.5 months now never gave back my remainder 10000$ despite my new lawyers attempts and mine. He also dropped police files disclosure and flash drives at a restaurant my grandparents used to own for anyone to see. For less than 3 hrs service by phone$2200 bill. Still has rest of my $
