About Mr. Richard P. Neimark

Richard P. Neimark has been practicing law since 1976. Mr. Neimark earned his Bachelor's degree from C.W. Post and then went on to graduate from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Neimark has tried over one thousand cases, both on the defense and plaintiff side. He is the senior founding partner of Neimark & Neimark, LLP. Presently Mr. Neimark enjoys a successful career as a plaintiff's attorney earning large settlements and awards for the unfortunate victims of accidents.

Mr. Neimark excels at resolving cases through mediations and arbitrations. By successfully resolving cases through mediation and arbitration, Mr. Neimark is able to save considerable expenses for his clients while maximizing their recoveries. Through settlement, trials and arbitrations, Mr. Neimark has obtained tens of millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients. Most recently, Mr. Neimark successfully arbitrated a matter in which he was able to obtain a $2,000,000 recovery for his client who was injured in a motorcycle accident.

Mr. Neimark is happily married with one son. Besides the practice of law, Mr. Neimark enjoys spending time with his family and being Poppa to his three grandsons.

Hi my is Frances signorell maiden name Rodriguez I think he is a fantastic lawyer he took care of my daughter and I never had to worry I think he's one of the best New York Lawyers in history I say this from my experience my daughter was involved in a car accident and he took care of everything every step of the way and I had no worries and we're talking about 10-15 years ago and I highly recommend him he'll always get five stars from me thank you so much

The absolute worst law firm imaginable. They failed the initial negotiation. They sued the wrong company. They let the statute of limitations expire on my case. They showed up over an hour late to a hearing. I had to hire another attorney to explain to them how to proceed after they sue the wrong person
