I was truly fortunate that my real estate agent put me in contact with Spencer. Unfortunately the sale of my house my a short sale. He gave me the assurance the process is seamless and he would handle everything. Spencer and his paralegal Tricia worked tirelessly with the banks to make sure everything was in order. They held my hand through the process, answered questions, gave pep talks, and finally the sale was completed. They did a fantastic job. I totally recommend them.

Mr Lauterbach inspires trust. He is respected by his peers and is reminiscent of the Lawyers personified in a Grisham novel who want justice, and really work for their client. Phone calls are returned and he is very efficient.
