I was married for 28 years. All I wanted was full custody of my 11 year old daughter and half of are assets and half of his pension and I got nothing. he kept stalling and never returned my calls finely I got joint custody no assets or no pension and 73.00 a week in child support. I was not working at the time. I would never go back to see him again and thin charged me 2,000.00 dollars.
This attorney doesn't care if he wins the case for reconciliation or not. He's only interested in making lots of money off of you! He crossed the line with me and asked me about my intimate life with my wife! I will NOT tolerate that kind of PERVERTED question, nor is it any of his BUSINESS! He was wrong to ask it then he has the nerve to apologize that he's doing it in front of my parents, so messed up!! He didn't mean the apology, he should have kept his mouth shut about this kind of thing instead of humiliating me in his office. There are much better attorneys than this unprofessional one, he sucks BIG time!!
I contacted this man 10/24/2022 in regards to a property on 1619 S Carlisle St. South Bend, IN. I was met with EXTREME aggression for simply asking questions about the status of the property that is owned by my grandfather James Jenkins. He refused to give me answers and told me i need to speak with my aunt instead of him (an attorney). Im worried this property will never be sold because of this mans extremely bad attitude and aggressiveness. if you happen to ever run into this man or anyone associated with him RUN!
Vince Campiti was a terrible lawyer. First of all he tried to rip me off. He told me a pre trial diversion would cost $2500 when it really only costs me $300. Vince told me my driving record was too bad to even get the pre trial diversion. He didn't do anything for my case I would've been in the same boat if I had went with a public defender. I went court for almost a whole year and nothing was solved. DO NOT HIRE HIM!
