About Robert Anthony Scalise, Jr

I have been practicing law in Connecticut since 1989. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families to solve their problems and give them peace of mind. In both the fields of estate planning and elder law, it takes a certain amount of experience to recognize unique issues and create and implement creative and effective solutions. No two situations are exactly the same. It is important that we listen to your concerns, your unique set of facts and circumstances and come up with a solution with which you are comfortable. We do not do "cookie cutter" estate plans at Ericson, Scalise Mangan. We tailor each estate plan to your needs and desires. In elder law and Medicaid or Title XIX planning we must put together a plan to protect as many assets as possible for the family within your comfort level. You are the focus of our services.
