My Will, Power of Attorney, Health Care documents etc. were outdated in North Carolina and no longer applicable to my family situation. Ms Baugher Malone's corporate office in Raleigh recommended her to me. I specifically wanted a female lawyer much younger than me so that in case I became ill or passed away, my executor and trustee for my family trust, resident in another state, could manage my estate in NC. In the event my executor died before me, I also wanted my lawyer to step in to do what was needed if I became ill and was unable to make decisions or take actions on my own behalf with regard to myself or my family. I was and am very pleased with the advice and services provided by Ms Baugher Malone. My family situation was not straightforward. She quickly grasped what I needed, advised me on possible complications and drew up excellent paperwork. I am very confident in her judgment and ability and appreciated her kindness. I strongly recommend her services to others.

Hired Attorney

Linda walked us through ever step as we tried to close my brother’s estate after his death. I would not have been able to do this on my own, so I’m so thankful for her professionalism and expertise in helping us navigate through all of the necessary paperwork.
