Mr. Hunter is the lawyer you would hire if you want to spend lots of money and get little work effort and results. He doesn't return emails or phone calls in a timely matter, it's usually well after you need his services or advice. Refuses to stand up to other counsel and constantly advised us to concede visitation rights even when we were in the right. I believe this is due to him not taking the time to learn what he needed to know about our case. Do not waste your time or money with Mr. Hunter
Talks a good game and assures you he can win your case. Never returns emails or phone calls. Part of the good ol' boy buddy system (small town politics) You begin to ask yourself, just whos side is he on?? Fired him. Wouldn't refund penny of a $5000 retainer fee. Maybe he shared that with mediator and the opposing attorney. Never went to court and helped the other side in mediation and thinks he shouldn't give a refund! If you want your attorney to leave you high and dry, he's your man.
