Hired Mark Chessnut for a DWI appeal. I was charged 10k for if I decided to take my appeal to Superior Court for trial. Chessnut ended up typing 5 papers, all less than 100 words, and we never went to superior court for my trial. Instead my appeal was stayed, and re-sentenced in District Court. We never set foot in Superior Court for trial which was the basis for me having to drop 10 grand. When we tried to get in touch with him for a partial refund, and to explain why we were charged so m

My former attorney did not handle my case as I asked and expected. Now she has damaged my custody case making it extremely difficult to win. I wanted a TPR she insisted on establishing CS and visits. She did not establish retroactive CS and now nobody will. She also failed to provide specifics in the "temporary" court order that is still in place 2 years later! Horrible service and rude. Her office acted like it was a burden to answer my questions.
