We had a horrible workers compensation claim experience with this firm. They were not thorough, we trusted them too much. 6 months after settlement we received a $6,000.00 medical bill. We reached out to them only to be told, sorry you signed the settlement agreement. We were naive to trust that they were looking out for us, we never received a bill prior as this was part of the settlement, the firm even said they called them. We know its our fault for signing without it being on there but never did we think that our lawyer would let that slide and accept the settlement without all medical bills they were aware of being included. We were a pain to them and i kind of think they just wanted to be done with us. They said they never received a release for them to get the bill, they acknowledged they knew about the medical bill and still settled the claim knowing it was outstanding. Now we have to pay it out of pocket. In my opinion, there are much better Workers Compensation firms
