I fell for the "Super Lawyers" referral lists meaningless peer reviews (Please, Don't count on these). I got burned. I had used John's services as a plaintiff for a property damage case worth over 100K. John routinely waits til the last second for everything, and in my case, did not get expert witnesses on time which led to crucial parts of my case where the money was, to be dismissed and closed with prejudice, adding injury to injury. In addition, to retaliate, a fake counter suit was filed for Privacy and Nuisance in the same case by the defendant, and when I showed him Wisconsin Law on the matter, proving I could not lose on counter-suing, he refused, which would have allowed recovery of legal fees for the false accusation. Twice paid him 8K, and months later he returned the money: checks expired. Did not fulfill contract. DON'T hire this attorney unless you want weak, or no, representation. Not a fighter: He let defendant lead the case, losing motion after motion. Sign and Settle!!
