I like Peter he just never did what I asked him to do. He never represented me with the facts I gave him. He allowed the opposition to lie when I had court records proving they were lies. He refused to go to trial not once in 4 years even when pleaded and I was earning lots of money to pay him. He took my money and he did nothing. My 15 year old wants to live with me yet he did nothing and could not get them for the past 4 years. He refused to argue on my behalf. He refused to go to trial.
I just watched as judge Peter Smola awarded a mother with positive drug tests, a dui, 2 counts of child endangerment charges, who was unwilling to cooperate with DCF, and flipped a car drunk with both her children inside UNSUPERVISED visitation when her children have expressed fear of being alone with her unsupervised.. In my experience with family law I have never seen anything like this! Seems he just put the welfare of these children on the back burner. SHOCKED....

Peter Smola was a very poor attorney that was voted in as a worst judge. He is a destroyer of families and does not like women. His vote as a judge talks plenty about the corruption of the Governor's council.
