WOW! Forget about the other lawsuits against this lawyer mentioned in the other post, he is a criminal! In a civil case, he has committed not 1, but at least 3 different state felonies: perjury, obstruction of justice, & conspiracy to commit fraud, in addition to committing many federal crimes. I’ve got all the proof right in his own court filings. Also, he is so dumb that he admitted to 2 of the 3 felonies right in the court record! Instead of “practicing law,” this guy BELONGS IN JAIL!!!
I never liked this guy from the day I spoke with him. I felt like I couldn't trust him either, especially after the initial consultation. I had a great uncle who was a very smart lawyer, and most of what this clown was telling me didn't make any sense at all. It's almost like he was making stuff up. And sure enough, those lawsuits against him that the other reviewer submitted are legit - I checked the links!
Attorney Michaud has on 4 occasions made false and irrelevant allegations to attorneys representing me in a civil case in MA which have caused all but the last to withdraw from representing me. His mendacious statements and actions have cost me ample time, money, and near dismissal of the case. He has at LEAST 2 lawsuits against him:
