My wife and I were members of a homeowner’s association where John Kraft was our attorney. Over a period of several years, we found him to be unethical, deceitful, vindictive, and egotistical. John Kraft does not settle, even when it is in the best interest of his clients. I found that he has ignored both county laws and state laws during the course of his practice, some may say VIOLATED those laws. Finally, he recently intentionally advised his clients to break state law pertaining to Indiana state HOA laws. This despite the fact it was not in the best interest of his clients. People are afraid of this man. I have personally filed THREE complaints to the Indiana State Supreme Court, Disciplinary Commission regarding his practice of law. The response I received from the state was not that he was not guilty, but that it did not raise a substantial question of misconduct to warrant disciplinary action. File complaints with INDIANA SUPREME COURT DISCIPLINARY DIVISION.
