Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Don’t waste your time and money. He’s not professional at all. Furthermore, you leave a message at his office, nothing is communicated! Totally unprofessional. What kind of a lawyer are you?! Area of practice for this attorney is “non-responsive”
He’s horrible. He doesn’t even have a game plan to negotiate. Don’t waste your money on this guy. I’ve never heard of an attorney not returning phone calls. Also, you could never get a hold of him because he has a call center relaying the message (supposedly). So, no direct phone number, no direct email. How do you get a hold of an attorney when you’ve been calling for 2 weeks!!! Pissed off customer!!! Get a grip and professional, Michael!
Michael is very charismatic at his consultation. Gaslighting customers and does nothing to follow through. He would be a great politician with his EMPTY PROMISES. Horrible waste of money. How he promised to obtain bank records and used his private investigator. At trial, which he does not prep you for, by the way, he crumbled when other party refused to provide bank records. It was embarrassing to watch him and know i paid for that. Save yourself miney and time and pass on this one!
Michael failed to litigate effectively. My case quickly deteriorated with his counsel. Because of him I was displaced from my home and agreed to a temporary custody order that is not satisfactory. He suggested I get an order of protection after being the victim of domestic abuse and swiftly recommended I lower it. At the end of our relationship he told me the order of protection was suggested to gain leverage in negotiation but was not about my safety. He also made agreements to the judge on my behalf but never informed me of these agreements leaving me in danger of acting against the judges wishes. Michael rarely kept meetings, rarely responded to emails, never furnished his cell phone number so I could not reach him and even billed me for work he did not do. He left me in the care of his uninformed paralegals.
