We dealt with Bill Woodrow. He did not return calls or email until I left a message asking why and saying how unprofessional that was. After sending out inventory list he said to call or email if we disputed anything. When we did he emailed reminding us of his $200 an hour charge and if we questioned anything to get a mediator. He charged over double what was quoted. He received almost as much as each sibling. So disappointed. I would never recommend anyone to this man.
