Does not communicate with clients and when it is time to distribute trusts and close them under the law and the instrument, he has said under oath that he would "need a court order" all so that he could keep the trust open and continue to collect fees. He also unnecessarily meddles in family affairs and was involved in concealing the location of one of his deceased trust settlor's remains from several of the settlor's heirs in favoritism of one heir without reason from the settlor or her POA.
Did not report on the trusts he was managing and collecting an income from and treated his beneficiary friend preferentially over other beneficiaries in terms of information distribution, K-1 delivery, and charging of fees. Work has frequent typos and legal errors. I would recommend hiring a guy off a billboard over Charlie Long, who takes your money and runs off to Florida for the first two months of the year while you're waiting for your K-1s. He also charges the maximum statutory rates.
