Hired Attorney

He initially told me he was able to do a source hearing for my spouse. After receiving my money he stop communicating and reaching out. I literally had to hound this guy down in order for him to update me about anything. After dragging things for almost a month. He then tells me he is unable to do the source hearing without 10k up front. I advised him I did not have the funds available and if he could work with me. He said the DA is requiring that amount. After finding out that Info I asked if he can return the funds bc I cannot afford what he is asking. He told me yes he would send a portion of it back. Took this guy two weeks to send the $ after asking several times. He told me he would send one amount and then got lower. He claim he would send me an invoice of what was done still have not received it and received less than what he told me he would give back. He dragged everything just to steal from me. I spoke with Don who is over him he said he knows nothing about 10k!!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
