Hired Attorney Mr. Robert Scruggs

Mr. Scruggs and his employees are to be commended for their professionalism, competency, and compassion in handling a potentially life altering situation such as Chapter 7. From the moment I spoke with them on the phone, I knew that I had made the right decision. It's not an easy thing to wrap one's mind around the whole ordeal of bankruptcy, but they made it easy to understand and less painful than it might have been otherwise.

Hired Attorney Mr. Robert Scruggs

I felt as though I did all the work. The legal aid that helped me was unenthusiastic and unkempt. I was asked for info to be supplied by the legal aid to submit to judge's request. I faxed it to the office. Thirty days later, when I was asked by the judge why I had not submitted the information, my lawyer had pulled out the copy that I did fax him, and said that the judge should have received it because it had been faxed. I only paid $1200, you get what you pay for
