This guy is a CHUMP! THREATENING FOLKS, DEMANDING ANSWERS LIKE HE IS SOMEONES DADDY. I WOULD HIRE HIM JUST SO I COULD LAUGH AT HIS ANTICS AND HIS BULLYING WAYS. KEEP YOUR MONEY AWAY FROM THIS IDIOT! Not sure where this guy is from but he needs to head back to whatever hole he crawled out of. Who passed this guy on the BAR exam? They might need to be reevaluated as well. Mental !!!

Gerard C. Wiggins is an absolute bully as lawyer and not a very good one at that. He is an absolute liar and will at some point cost what ever company he is representing a lot of money. A freshman law student would be able to handle this guy in court without a doubt! Stay away!!

Hired Attorney Gerald C. Wigger

Mr. Wigger represented a homeowners association I owned a few units in. Because of a changing the rules my tenant was no longer allowed to use the unit as she had been. The day that this happened Mr. Wigger Began threatening me personally and instructing the HOA to begin sending letters and fines to the tune of around $2500. All this within a week of this issue starting. This would have all been acceptable though bullying if it had followed any of the HOA documents rules. Of course I did not have to pay these fines and only myself and the residents of the community suffered because of Mr. Wiggers excessive billing and obviously incorrect Legal advice.

Terrible law firm. Inexperienced attorneys and poor communication. Don't waste your money. There are far better firms in the Nashville area.

i was involved in a head on collision by a person with no insurance ,, i was with state farm and they said i was covered because of my policy protected me .. i almost lost my life , this clown wigger who works for ortale kelly helped state farm rob me and even sent me a bill from the clerk of court ,, do not trust this creep ,,
