I obtained Mr. Urquhart for a probate case early Feb. 2025, nothing was completed, until sometime around May or June and that was only for establishing ownership of property…. It’s almost like his assistant and him did not communicate and my case was put on the back burner behind the burner… he was fully paid his retainer fee and I got very little service …but lots of charges just for checking on the status of the case….amazingly I fired him reported the situation and recieved some of my retainer fee back which should have been all of it with the type of service I recieved…… find another atty they may have more time than he does to help you..
