Lauren B. Ray is a workers' compensation attorney in the Nashville office. Prior to joining the firm, Lauren worked for a regional law firm defending workers' compensation insurance carriers. She also previously worked for the Tennessee General Assembly, serving as staff on the House Criminal Justice Committee and for a Washington, D.C. based government relations firm.

Lauren grew up in South Central Kentucky and attended Western Kentucky University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History, cum laude. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Belmont University College of Law in Nashville, Tennessee. While in law school, Lauren interned at the United States House of Representatives in Washington, D.C.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys live music, checking out new restaurants and spending time with her family, including her English Springer Spaniel, Mamie.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
