About Mr. Justin Philip Walker

Hailing from Orlando, Florida, Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law from the University of Central Florida, followed by a Juris Doctor from the Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando. After completing law school, he gained valuable experience clerking for a family law firm in Central Florida. In late 2019, Justin moved with his family to Williamson County, Tennessee, marking a new chapter in his legal career.

While preparing for the Tennessee bar exam, Justin worked remotely with an IT privacy law firm based in Austin, Texas, where he was instrumental in designing privacy policies and assisting with compliance at various jurisdictional levels. After securing his law license in Tennessee, he relocated to the Tri-Cities area and joined a firm focusing on divorce and custody cases. Outside of the legal sphere, Justin is a dedicated martial artist, having taught and competed across multiple disciplines.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
