I was new to the area and Joy's guidance was invaluable
I hired Atty Sims to handle my divorce years ago.We discussed the matter at length, she asked probing questions to decide the strategy to follow. I told her, that my ex would contest regardless-- I wanted a compassion, skilled fighter not a brawler. She is knowledgeable about the courts, didn't charge me excessive fees. Reliable even when my ex delayed things, opted to circumvent the court orders. I was able to keep my home, my 401K and move on with my life.
Joy sims works hard for child molestors. She is trash, but so are the sick laws that throw kids at the dad who molest children and scream at the mom who tries to protect her child. She lies and bullies when court should be professional. She works hard to give the child molester the max time with the child and gets the child support to almost zero. She is a sad excuse for a human. Trash. It is a shame that our kids get no protection on the courts. It’s sad that when there is an investigation in dcs that it’s not reported to child support court.
