ALTHOUGH WE SETTLED THE CASE I FEEL LIKE HE DID NOT PUT FORTH THE EFFORT TO INCREASE THE SETTLEMENT AMOUNT. I KNOW THERE IS A FORMULA HE HAD TO GO BY, BUT I FEEL LIKE HE DID NOT PUSH FOR MORE BEFORE GIVING IN .
