He was very diligent in the analysis of the dispute, communicated well, and he shared drafts of pleadings and explanations in advance of filing deadlines. He clearly worked to try and hold down costs but when settlement demands by the opposing party were outrageous we walked away and tried the case to a huge win. The trial judge adopted every aspect of the case that we presented and went so far as to award discretionary fees against the other side.
