To be fair it was an impossible task, but he was retained a second time in order to file a motion for compassionate release, he again made zero effort to win this motion. Given the facts he presented none, the only thing he mentioned was the passing in the family. $1000 for the lawyer to make zero effort in an attempt to grant early release for someone who has made no trouble, taken classes, and was within a month of release anyway. Completely dissatisfied with this lawyers representation.
