Hired Attorney

Paid for service. Decided to mediate. He promised to provide further service. Did not return calls or provide service.

Mr. Collier did not really care about my best interests, and did little to help me get the most out of my divorce. I had to correct his child support figures as he got it wrong, and it was less than I was entitled to. During mediation, he sat and texted most of the day, did little to "stick up for me", and was mad because I wasn't ready to sign the final papers when he needed to leave. I had to coach him to stick up for me in the end. A friend used him and had the same experience... awful.

Hired Attorney

They do a good job but do not return calls and do not follow up. IF they would follow up my case would be closed with the Tennessee child enforcement agency, instead it will drag out for 6 more months.
