Frank was extremely professional and courteous throughout the process. I found out during the process that he had just won a large, well publicized jury trial but he always returned my calls and never made me feel like I wasn’t important. Frank genuinely cares. The outcome was just as i had hoped.
This is for Frank Mondelli JR. He gives minimal effort, DO NOT HIRE HIM! You will be better off with a public defender. He makes sure he is paid, then give 10% effort. It's shameful. Again, never hire Frank Mondelli Jr. Other lawyers " are happy when he shows up against them".
After Frank was destroyed in a civil case I asked if he ever even had a plan. He told me “I had the right to representation. Not a defense.” If you want a lawyer that wants to win don’t hire Frank get one who believes his job is more than just to show up and lose.
