Hired Attorney

It's been over a year since Mr Galher received his required retainer fee of $1500 he has not done one single thing to move my case forward. He did initially schedule several phone meetings which he canceled. Paid him in Dec 2023 and NOTHING. I sent a letter requesting a refund since in over a year he did Zero work and his response was retainers are non refundable..First I get scammed on a $5000 purchase than I get scammed from the attorney who is supposed to help..Heartbreaking two times over now..

Hired Attorney

I would NOT recommend hiring Mr. Galaher. He does not trouble himself with studying or learning legal procedure. A few examples: He misses discovery deadlines. His pleadings are ineptly worded. He does not include attachments which are required. So, he costs YOU more money because he has to correct his own procedural errors. If you need legal assistance, there are tons of attorneys out there who know what they are doing.

Hired Attorney

Do not use Cody. Cody will give you legal advise to follow. He tells you if anything happens to contact him and he will take your case. This dude is the biggest fraud. He gives you legal advise to follow. You follow it and you get screwed because of the advise he gave you. You go back to him for help because he told you to. Then, he ignores you for a year. Then, he allows the people doing you harm that he said he would go after have done so much damage to you, Cody disappears. Finally, a year later, Cody reappears. Guess what he does now? He refers you to the opposing council’s attorney to handle your case. What a freakn idiot this guy is. He definitely needs to lose his license. Flipping burgers would be more down his career path.
