Hired Attorney

I retained Mr. Horst after being wrongly convicted of aggravated sexual battery and subsequently incarcerated. I felt as if my life was over. Mr. Horst reviewed my prior trials and found a basis for which to appeal. Any appeal is a "long-shot" to win according to statistics. We won. The assistant D.A. stated that "only Brent Horst could have won that argument". I am glad he did. I am finally getting my life back and will forever be indebted to the work Brent did. A true professional.
