This lawyer failed to communicate, the day of the mediation, he presented a mediation fee 1 minute before the meeting when I was informed there was no additional costs after paying this firm $4500 upfront. What is more unbelievable is that this attorney and his associate were removed from the case or firm, I as the client was not informed, and no one else in the firm picked up my divorce case, which was signed by a judge in September 2023. I was only notified that I was divorce after being exhausted waiting on the confirmation of the signature of the judge. This firm did not even confirm to me that I was divorved until 1 Dec 2023, which violated the order of the judge to have my home on the market for sale 15 days after the judge's signature. This lack of communication allowed the Defendant in this case to file an Enforcement Order against me. The new associate now quit on me due to the fact that I filed my own paperwork to the court after his failure to communicate timely.
