As a key member of our Construction Law Practice Group, Ashton expertly negotiates design and construction contracts and represents architects, engineers, and contractors in litigation involving defective design, construction claims, and payment disputes. He also provides legal support to homeowners’ associations, focusing on enforcing restrictive covenants and managing collection actions.
