About Ms. Haynesworth Maier Studstill

Having lived in Georgia my entire life, I feel a strong obligation to ensure our residents and neighbors receive the best legal representation after a life-changing event.  My law partner and father-in-law founded our firm over 36 years ago with the same key principles that guide our practice today -- Honesty, Hard Work, and Determination to Achieve Justice. I called Attorney Studstill as a last resort, after the insurance company stopped negotiating in good faith. From the moment I called until I received a favorable settlement; she handled EVERYTHING. She kept me informed and her dedication, professionalism and integrity was obvious. I totally felt that she had MY best interest and she NEVER compromised that. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
