Have used her services twice for the preparation and updating of my will, once for a divorce, and once for preparation of deeds. I found her services to be excellent, accurate, and fairly priced.
Lisa Bollinger represented my father on his estate and failed to follow-through on his wishes. After he signed power of attorney over to my sister, she contacted my sister instead of following up with him, despite the inherent conflict-of-interest with the proposed change represented for my sister. She then lied about what went on during her meeting with my dad to the State of NH. She failed to return even one of his voicemails to her. She should be avoided at all costs.
This attorney took my money to represent me in a simple case with my ex-wife. She addressed NONE of my concerns, the case was never brought to the judge, and the only resolution to the dispute was child support changes, which were agreed upon. Once completed, I requested for my original paperwork back (divorce decree, work insurance policy information, paystubs, etc). After calling and texting this "attorney" approximately 50 times with no reply, I had my girlfriend call from an unknown number. Lisa answered on the first ring, and was stunned. She promised to get the paperwork out to me, and still... weeks later, I have received NOTHING. She will promise you the world, take your money, and you'll never hear from her again. There are many lawyers in the area, choose wisely, as I wish I had!!
