Worked with Andrea Nelson Esquire and staff in setting up our estate as well as another family members estate. They were professional, responsive and well versed in their field. When it came time to execute one of our family member's estate it was done during tough covid 19 times. Everything was done through email and mailings. The only suggestion I have for the office is that they should do the mailings with signed signatures, this way you can confirm it was received. We were experiencing mail delivery problems at the time, and the paperwork had to be redone and resent. Not their fault at all but, did cause delays in court filings. Estates don't t have to go to probate but the court still wants a six month delay from filings and in dispersing any funds. We also learned that the fees in creating an estate do not cover fees charged in executing such an estate after death. Overall though high marks with a positive experience with things accomplished with great care and compassion!
