John Donovan is a law firm with an office in Napoleon, OH. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing general civil practice, corporate law, personal injury and 5 other areas of law.
John Donovan not only STOLE over $3,000 from me, he then ignored any form of contact. He failed to follow through with a claim that was supposed to be payed off with the money so now I am forced to file complaints with the BAR association and submit a lawsuit with the supreme court for malpractice. I have been without a drivers license for years and finally had enough money saved back to pay off a claim to reinstate my license. John talked with me through phone and email coming to an agreement on a price to settle with the insurance company. I have proof of the agreement and proof of payment AND proof that he cashed the check a few days after I mailed it. I called the insurance company to confirm the payment was received. They had no record of the payment. This obviously means Mr. Donovan decided to cash the check and disappear with MY money. I am a genuinely nice person. I have a 2 year old to care for. Why would he do this to me and make my already hard life even harder.
