Founded in 1971, WPL assists individuals and businesses legal matters, including Litigation, Estate Planning, Real Estate Law, Business Law, Family Law, Personal Injury, Community Association and Local Government Law. Call 239-649-6555.

In 1971, Arthur V. Woodward, Esq. founded the first law firm on Marco Island, Florida which emphasized the importance of a superior work ethic, collegiality and respect among our peers, and a social conscience that commands participation in opportunities for the good of the public. These guiding principles formed the tradition of excellence that the attorneys and staff at Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A. work hard to uphold today. In 1987, WPL expanded and opened its Naples, Florida office to better assist all of Collier County with its legal services, including business law, litigation, family law, real estate law, estate planning, probate & trust administration, community association law, land use & zoning, local government law, appellate and personal injury law.

We found this law firm through family friends, as I needed representation in a high-conflict custody situation to advocate for my children. In the past, we had been held hostage through litigation with no representation. Mr. Lombardo's confidence is reassuring, and he is capable, and determined to do what is right for their well being. Ken Mundy was recommended to me for my divorce proceedings. I now recommend him as well. He is outstanding. Very professional, smart, organized and effective. My divorce was very contentious and he made sure everything was handled with care and efficiency. He and his team are super at what they do in difficult circumstances. He provided good and sensible advice through the process and was truly as asset.

I had a unusual adoption case but he did the legwork necessary to get the outcome we needed. This was complicated with a brand new judge without a track record to prepare a specific strategy but it turned out exactly the way my wife and I needed. Thank you Ross Schulman.

Hired Attorney J. Christopher Lombardo

Chris Lombardo is a smart, hard working, overly confident attorney that loves to hear himself talk. If you have children and need to have a relationship with your ex spouse (post divorce), I wouldn’t recommend Chris. He’s very aggressive, antagonistic and will do or say pretty much anything for his client to win, including disparage your former spouse. I was warned that his style can cause issues and it certainly has.
