Mr Roppo gave us an estimated price and of course said it would be an hourly rate. He went over the price by 50% and then lied about our first conversation about what needed to be done. When I responded he just stated he never promised a price and that is was an hourly rate. Understand but 50% over... He also canceled our fist meeting, took off work early, was late for second meeting, took off early from work, sent the the wrong paperwork, and told me that we must have an attorney for our case. We needed an attorney but yet another lie as we were petitioning guardian advocacy which does not require legal counsel.
