Tara Miller Dane was the mediator in our probate case. She was extremely Unprofessional. She coerced me while screaming in my face numerous times. This went on for 14+ hours. I was not able to participate in the mediation that involved me, per the attorneys but instead I was ordered to stand in the parking lot, with my daughter all day and night. Tara would come outside and tell me what I was to agree to everything in the mediation or “Your parents will be removed from your home and taken somewhere without telling you where they are and you will never see them again.” I can’t believe that this is allowed to go on. She beat me down with her threats and coercion to the point I was scared. I signed the mediation agreement because I didn’t want to lose my parents. I now suffer from PTSD and still have nightmares. DO NOT HIRE HER, she will coerce and threaten you.
