About Rachel A. Kerlek

Rachel has been practicing law in Naples since September 2008. She started her career with the Office of the Public Defender for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit and currently practices in the areas of commercial and business litigation as well as general civil litigation. Rachel graduated with honors from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina before attending the University of Miami School of Law, where she also graduated with honors. Rachel is an active member of the Collier County Bar Association and has served as a board member of the Young lawyers Division since 2009.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
