I hired Mr. Alderuccio to help out with a pretty scary and chaotic situation where my family needed a probate attorney. We were worried we would lose everything but Mr. Alderuccio got everything sorted out for us with such ease. I wish we would have only reached out to his firm sooner. But Mr. Alderuccio made us feel a lot better while he worked everything out that needed to be. I’d 100% hire him again. He has over 30 years of legal experience and expertise. He answered all of our questions, and if he couldn't give us an answer to something immediately he would take his own personal time to research and provide us with answers and explanations, ensuring he was able to answer all our questions and provide us with the correct information at all times. He is 100% an asset and I will be referring others to him as well for any legal needs.
Guaranteed a conviction. In October 2019 I was falsely accused of a crime that never occurred. In October 2021 I was falsely convicted of that “crime“ due to the abhorrent representation of Mark Alderuccio. This man sat on every piece of information I gave him. Critical exculpatory evidence, defense strategies etc., and let every lie told about me at the trial go unchallenged. I wanted a jury trial, but Mr. Alderuccio convinced me otherwise. “You couldn’t have a better judge for a bench trial“ he said to me. Giving me example after example about how fair minded this judge was, how he’s worked with him since the 90’s — KNOWING that “burden of proof“ and “reasonable doubt” don’t even factor in at a bench trial, it all comes down to whoever the judge wants believe. Mark Alderuccio made sure I would not be believed. Just one example of dozens: The sheriff flat out lied in saying I confessed. Mr. Alderuccio HAD PROOF I denied that a crime even occurred and he sat on it. This man nee
