Hired Attorney Todd B. Allen

We hired Todd Allen and Victor Bermudez to handle our complicated civil case. We cannot say enough good things about the experience. They are the most professional and hardworking attorneys we have worked with. When my husband first met with Todd, Todd understood our situation very quickly, yet he was very through with each detail. He was very honest about what the outcomes could be and how long it could take to get to a resolution. Our case was then mostly handled by Victor Bermudez. Victor was also was very quick to pick up on the many details of our complicated case. They both were very communicative through the entire process. The bills were clear and always an accurate representation of the time spent. They called and discussed with us what was happening every step of the way. It became clear early on that they genuinely cared about our case. Even if we didn't win our case, I would be writing this review. Victor was meticulously prepared for trial. They gave 200 percent!

rude insensitive and abusive does not deal with people in a humane manner when I had an issue with my son needing to be hospitalized for his mental illness he order me to remove him from the premises immediately

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
