Not very supportive of the client. He seemed to be a bit accusatory almost as if you are guilty until proven innocent.
If we had stayed with him my innocent son would be serving 5 yrs in prison. Lee was late for court twice,did not return calls ,did not defend my son ,let a prosecuter lead a witness with no objection,canceled several depositions ,very good at asking for more money . He may as well been sleeping in court he may have been at times. He made my son feel like he thought he was guilty . Fired him 2 day before court new attorney in 2 days got my son NO JAIL time. Just Beware he has no love for law or his clients any more.
Mr. Hollander charged to represent me in court and I could have done it better. Never prepared for discovery, never obtained police's discovery or asked for items regarding the absconding of my computer by police. In effect did not represent me. Allowed the prosecutor to lie repeatedly in court and not challenge it allowing a 20-year-old to outwit him in court. Like the other review, did not return my fee for the appeal. He is questionable, as his reputation, as the inmates in jail asked how I paid my fees?
Mr. Hollander was ill-prepared, unprofessional and detrimental to my case. In my opinion he alienated the court and the judge. I fired Mr. Hollander weeks ago and he has yet to refund me the unused portion of my fee nor will he return my calls to discuss. I have hired a new attorney that is much better and less expensive.
