Ultimately, Mr. Brener got that case reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor, and my boy ended up doing no time. This attorney is phenomenal, and if I ever need a criminal lawyer again, he is definitely the one.

I hired David as my attorney, and he tried to get me to sign a plea. At the time I did not know he was against the same state attorney I was I ended up getting six months house arrest and six months probation. He took my $5000 retainer and left town. He left me high and dry and did not return my money. I cannot believe he is still in practice, he was very unprofessional when I first met him he rode up on a Harley smoking cigarettes. I would not recommend this man for anything he had charges on him for kicking a Wells Fargo employee.
